At Yoola Uganda, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a fair and transparent return policy.
Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
1. In the same condition as you received it
2. In the original packaging
3. Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
1. Opened software
2. Personal care electronics
3. Earphones and headphones (if opened)
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. We will process the refund for the returned item as per our refund policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Yoola Uganda will cover the return shipping costs.
